Standing Calf Raises

  • Standing upright, place your toes on the platform (making sure you are on the balls of your feet at the edge of the platform)
  • Slowly drop your heels as far as they can go
  • Place your hands on the shoulder pads
  • Rise up as high as possible without bending knees too much
  • Slowly lower your heels as far as possible
  • Do not bounce at the bottom of the movement
  • Keep the movement slow, and controlled
  • Repeat
