Standing Calf Raises
-
Standing upright, place your toes on the platform (making sure you are on the balls of your feet at the edge of the platform)
-
Slowly drop your heels as far as they can go
-
Place your hands on the shoulder pads
-
Rise up as high as possible without bending knees too much
-
Slowly lower your heels as far as possible
-
Do not bounce at the bottom of the movement
- Keep the movement slow, and controlled
- Repeat
