Bent Over Barbell Row

  • Place a barbell on the floor in front of you
  • With your feet apart slightly, bend down and grip barbell 
  • Keep bent and back parallel to the floor as you exhale and pull the weight up to the lower part of the chest
  • Inhale and return the barbell to the starting position
  • Keep head up and back straight.
