Bent Over Barbell Row

Place a barbell on the floor in front of you

With your feet apart slightly, bend down and grip barbell
-
Keep bent and back parallel to the floor as you exhale and pull the weight up to the lower part of the chest
-
Inhale and return the barbell to the starting position
-
Keep head up and back straight.
