There are no negative aspects to health and fitness, only countless positive benefits not only to the quality and enjoyment of life but also to it's long-term prospects.  It is not possible to list all the benefits and results of regular, well planned, safe exercise but below is a list of just a few:

  • Reduction in high blood pressure and blood cholesterol
